A. Scope of Acceptance

• Compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• Acceptance of privacy and data protection policies
• Agreement to fees and payment terms
• Commitment to security and protection standards

B. Ongoing Acceptance

• Continued use constitutes continued acceptance
• Reviewing updates and changes is required
• Right to withdraw from the service at any time
• Immediate notification of any change in circumstances

A. Parties to the Agreement

• "Platform" or "We": KYC Kuwait Platform and all its services and systems
• "User" or "Client": Any natural or legal person using the platform’s services
• "Services": All services provided through the platform
• "Data": All information and data entered or processed
• "System": The platform’s technical infrastructure

B. Technical Terms

• KYC: Know Your Customer – customer identity verification procedures
• AML: Anti-Money Laundering
• CTF: Counter-Terrorism Financing
• STR: Suspicious Transaction Report
• API: Application Programming Interface

C. Legal Terms

• "Applicable Laws": All relevant Kuwaiti and international laws
• "Regulatory Authorities": Central Bank of Kuwait, Capital Markets Authority, and others
• "Sanctions": Local and international sanctions
• "Compliance": Adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements

A. Eligibility for Use

• The user must be legally competent to enter into contracts
• Obtain all necessary licenses and approvals
• Have full authority to represent the institution
• No legal or regulatory impediments
• Compliance with registration and verification requirements

B. Acceptable Use Rules

• Use the platform for legitimate business purposes only
• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Do not attempt to breach or disrupt the system
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

C. Prohibited Use

• Any activity that violates local or international laws
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Evasion of sanctions or blacklists
• Fraud, forgery, or misrepresentation
• Violation of others’ privacy or rights

Important Warning

Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of service, in addition to appropriate legal action and notification to competent authorities.
